Lol 4 rapes of the bar
To become strong you must lift things that are heavy, doesn't matter how you do it. Do it enough times and you will become strong like ox.
Legit
IKR, lmao
/fit/ my brothers
I've started calling "child exploitation by the left" for the use of Greta and her not being in school learning about the subject and someone actually said "getting an education delays her fight and is something the right calls for" <:pepelaugh:544857300179877898>
Getting an education is now a right wing belief
Could have fooled me with how many Marxist pigs teach social science classes in Canada.
That's something that didn't stick from my time in the Marines - staying in shape. Though with my current occupation I push damned hard as it is.
Too many 20ish hour days traveling/working to keep on it at the moment.
Yeah, when I left private security, the fitness thing hit me hard. Find that's pretty common.
Dude since leaving army I cut down on PT, I still train weights and tomorrow I think i'll put CV back in
But I train lighter for weights now tbh
Training is mighty
Life the heavy object
Brothers
Make the objects rise
You ever just, elevate heavy objects?
Yes
Well, I regularly move rated for two person life heavy batteries...
Solo-style.. and I think they're like 50 lbs or more so...
I quit lifting for workouts. Usually it's just tension or gravity-based workouts. Push-ups, rowing, stuff like that.
I mean I could but why would I
When I do get the moment (and am not absolutely shredded), I go for swimming.
I like my lean muscle.
I need to do abs, need to up my push-ups, my tiddies are getting flabby. Looking like I'm smuggling flapjacks, makes me feel bad for wearing shirts around kids, man. It's even worse because I teach <a:PepeHands:441943357292281856>
Oof, though my abs need some care as well.. which is part of then benefit of laps.
Doesn't isolate muscle groups, but dat burn is complete.
I'm in the worst possible way with my body. When I stand, everything goes where it should. When I sit, and for the most part, it's a sitting job, shit doesn't know where to go but out.
@Ethaneth Though shalt lose weight
(me too)
I need to gain weight
Yeah, I mean, yeah. I was 230 during my private security days, now I'm 180. My shoulders are where all my muscles are, everything just sorta hangs off them.
I'm like 125
Oh like that, I see
kg?
I'm about a buck sixty or so at 6'2".. but I haven't checked in a while.
Like say I wear a coat, good figure because the shoulders. Without one, it's a mess.
