Yeah, I'd believe it, MA.
Elon is almost definitely high functioning autistic
meh
When I was younger that's where I was on drinking.
elon isn't much of an engineer; he's a sale guy
I have an answer
his mannerisms remind me of my autistic cousin <:pot_of_kek:544849795433496586>
lol; i can see that
But as I've grown older.. well, figure - as I said - sometimes it's better to let go of the control
maybe it's just assumption
i mean the autism
hahahahaha
I have never really been like that tbh
Fixing the plumbing that rusted through
>> I can cut the pipe to length and let the plastic bathe in water as it should (but I will create the open metal where rust can start at the cut)
or
>> let the pipe be as long as it is and forego the plastic bit, letting the ni-chromed copper bathe in standing water (which will make it rust eventually
letting go of control is the only way you learn to ride without training wheels
Only time I felt out of control on substances was when I made the mistake of taking LSD and RCs simultaneously
if you don't need control, you can use that energy elsewhere
Or I can seal the cut with epoxy
Control is an illusion.
Can you not replace it with proper PVC? Are you working on copper piping?
i have this thing i do where i try to instinctly find and answer THEN work backwards and try to figure out why that particular answer popped into my head
@TheBadfish It's that but under the sink that is shiny
I mean tbh if you're working on copper or galvanized steel you're just buying time until it fucks up again
It has PVC bits where the water is standing (the syphon)
yup
Oh the trap? So it's probably stainless
which is why maglevs aren't popular
One part is stainless
Connecting pipes are all nichromed copper
Hmmmm so then rustoleum isn't an option
Gamers rise up?
I almost always default to coating it if I'm worried about rusting/rotting on metal down the road
I think maybe just coat it all in the laquer inside?
can u use a rubber sleeve to attach a pvc
I have a ceramic laquer for small fix jobs
Also, I just took a good look at the map and holy shit I'm actually a stones throw *almost literally* from the border.
I mean it's not like it's drinking supply so coating might not be a bad idea on the inside
it will certainly prevent more rusting
