english common law is different
napoleonic code is the connection isn't it
Yeah English is different
could be wrong
lol Europe is merely a continent off the coast of Great Britian
yeah the napoleonic code is what lets the french hold employers accountable for employees after they've left a company lol
Scotland uses a form of continental
or justify authoritarianism while still calling themselves democratic basically
you can be an authoritarian democracy
true
not really
not very liberal tho
How many republics until the French realise that republics are a mistake
an elected oligarchy
a noble republic
then again, we is no democracy
cn be very authoritarian
how many until they realise napoleon was just another european dictator :V
You can only vote for the correct parties
napoleon was great
you just hate him cuz youre a fag tbh
napoleon was as tall as most guys in here
Tfw Steam name is Nabroleoj Bronaparte
5'7?
the french revolutionary republic was quite uthoritarian
well, only cause it was a function of a power vacuum
yeah, especailly how they didn't just fire generals, but held them to trial
any republic in a state of such tension would also be authoritarian
Almost as if post revolutiom countries are shit
so its like 'why be a general'
wow
Once the people get power they immediately hand it to someone worse
it's kinda why our constitution allows for Martial Law
its a manlet world
tbh, i think tall leaders give a diplomatic advantage if they appear in person
in times of war, the law falls silent
you're just living in it
