I checked
The physical shields all have 90-100% block ratio
even with a <100 shield you'd still suffer stamina loss
I have scholar of the first gin, and it works fine
Yes, you would
And you can deal with it pretty well
Yes
You can
but when the enemy ignores the shield
what then
This sounds like you're missing explaining some context. They can break your guard, and there are weapons which go through blocks
I'm not
Shit Almighty! How the feck do people keep partying til 6:30 in the morning?
they literally just hit me through my shield
If I can work out how to use open broadcast
But if you're getting hit consistently behind a shield, you might be trying to block weapons which can't be blocked
the fuck are you nerds on about this morning
I'm sure I can record a clip
of it
I wasn't at the party but I feel like I have a hangover
Y'all smell
No... I feel like I have not slept a wink. My whole neighborhood party's until 06:30 am
This is why they are socially incoherent
retards
There's plenty of attacks I can think of, which counter shields. The royal swordmen have a Bach which breaks the shield
Bash*
You can't get to have a debate with them and stuff . They just don't care about others around them and they party until 06:30 am
What happens is an enemy attacks, I block slightly too late (as in it's part way through their attack after the wind up not when the attack lands), despite my shield being up before the weapon makes contact, I still take damage as if I hadn't blocked at all, I've tried this in the other ds games and found it block every time
You do realise when you block it can be counter attacked <:thinkcide:462282415549841409>
Every souls game has a different shield animation
@johnℓine✓ ⱽ ᵉ ʳ ᶦ ᶠ ᶦ ᵉ ᵈ you're on yesteryear's news
Ds3 and ds1 have vertually immediate shield raises, where you can block from stand still, in an instant
it never improves, and yet they sit at hearings claiming no bias
We had this discussion last year .
hmmmm .... black inventors
Ds2, you have to be ready before you're even about to be hit, and no attack is the same speed as another
