@Weez The correct answer always is to priortize part of your military's production to be in surplus, ie Tanks, and then set them to the highest reinforcement priority. It doesn't matter if most of your army lacks equipment, so long as they are only the portions of your army expected to hold the line, rather than crack France's defenses. If your army. if properly set it, then it doesn't matter if you lack some equipment in unimportant area's. If it isn't constituted as such, then you've fucked up and will need to wait.
