It's literally just someone saying Boris didn't want to leave and only did it for pm after Cameron. Which is surprising because not only did Boris campaign hard for Brexit, vote for Brexit, he also backed out of the pm run which lead May into the position and now he's back, championing for Brexit. On top of this, he's been a long time skeptic of the EU. Interesting how confirming biases work.
