And that would prevent me putting biased facts forward.
@Jack of Trades whatever faggot
See, I can do the same thing. "You're wrong. There's evidence suggesting that harsh punishments do reduce crime. I'm not going to Google shit for you since you're supposed to educate yourself blah blah blah"
^
Well, let me Google that.
Since you have a counter point.
Hey. Dont call my horseman a faggot, ya shrimp
@Muten stop with the tsundere shit
THATS A FUCKING COUNTER
Are you serious
@Sgt Insane did you change your name?
Nope
Been the same for almost a year now
And me telling you that crime deserves punishment ISNT A COUNTER?
>Implying Google results aren't in and of themselves biased
@Sgt Insane I don't remember you :v fuck
Fucking wow
Different pfp. Probably
@Muten there's deserving and there's effectiveness. What's your preference
@Jack of Trades deserving
punitive justice
@Muten I care more about shit that gives us the results we desire
@Sgt Insane oh ok
I desire the results that lead to prisons full of criminals
Punitive justice is about your feelings, not getting us to where we want to go
where you
want to go
@Muten why?
Oh look, no evidence. All it does is claim that "punishment doesn't reduce crime" because of high incarceration rates. The article is presuming that, because one person is harshly punished, it magically increases the intent of others to commit crime. The article literally contradicts itself by pointing out lower crime rates in combination with higher incarceration rates.
Not where I want to go
Why is it more important to have more prisoners and pay more instead of less crime?
Who said it was?
Not more prisoners
Just prisoners that commit crimes
