It's a pdf which everyone was informed about and has been circulating for a while

2019-08-02 10:23:47 UTC

I'm not going to read the whole thing, can you point me to the part where Google is creating legislation please?

2019-08-02 10:24:46 UTC

This is about them also collecting data everytime you use their services, so it means they are not liable and they are saying they are gathering information on you.

2019-08-02 10:26:21 UTC

And they are saying that they asked for pre consent already for private information be given. However, by the time you do the new registration process, they already have your consent. As you automatically are apart of their world.

2019-08-02 10:26:50 UTC

I'm not seeing where Google is creating legislation, please point me to it

2019-08-02 10:26:50 UTC

Domain.... world --- what ever they have legislated that in their conditions.

2019-08-02 10:27:13 UTC

Do you know the difference between business policy and government legislation?

2019-08-02 10:27:49 UTC

I suggest you read things and stop asking questions.

2019-08-02 10:28:00 UTC

I suggest you stop skirting the issue and answer my question

2019-08-02 10:28:14 UTC

or permitted by law.

2019-08-02 10:28:50 UTC

Ah, so Google has not made any legislation, they're following existing law

2019-08-02 10:29:06 UTC

You can spam me all you want, it doesn't work on me.

2019-08-02 10:29:28 UTC

If Google is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, we’ll continue to ensure the condentiality
of your personal information and give affected users notice before personal information is transferred or
becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

2019-08-02 10:30:14 UTC

None of the things Google is doing is the creation of legislation

2019-08-02 10:30:31 UTC

You're just throwing word salads at me, and none of this answers my question

2019-08-02 10:31:23 UTC

As in this is not spam, you need to read and, define it for yourselves that their community guidelines is their own legislation. Every company has legislation. Banks have their own and so do healthcare places, and also schools. But you are not getting community guidelines is their pursuit ... always has been and this is nothing to do with your freespeech.

2019-08-02 10:31:42 UTC

Now are you getting it?

2019-08-02 10:31:43 UTC

I have read your spam above, there's nothing in there showing that Google is creating legislation

2019-08-02 10:33:00 UTC

It is their community guidelines which is legislation, hence why @Lupinate said that they are trying to show they are not liable. However, if you the individual does persue them; God help you.

2019-08-02 10:33:10 UTC

Community guidelines are not legislation

2019-08-02 10:33:38 UTC

I ask again: do you know the difference between business policy and government legislation?

2019-08-02 10:34:00 UTC

'''legislation noun
leg·is·la·tion | \ ˌle-jə-ˈslā-shən \
Definition of legislation
1 : the action of legislating
specifically : the exercise of the power and function of making rules (such as laws) that have the force of authority by virtue of their promulgation by an official organ of a state or other organization
the major function of Congress is legislation
— W. S. Sayre
2 : the enactments of a legislator or a legislative body
legislation to help distressed homeowners
3 : a matter of business for or under consideration by a legislative body
She proposed new legislation to protect the environment.'''

2019-08-02 10:34:39 UTC

Good, now tell me how precisely this applies to Google

2019-08-02 10:34:59 UTC

Which part of this definition precisely is the one that applies to them

2019-08-02 10:35:48 UTC

I just told you and you are not getting it that it is that they are enforcing their authority over the situation. If you break their guidelines then you get kicked off. It has happened to too many people.

2019-08-02 10:36:01 UTC

Answer my question directly

2019-08-02 10:36:30 UTC

You can get kicked out of many places, that doesn't mean it's a part of a legislation

2019-08-02 10:36:46 UTC

You can kick people out of your home, is that part of the law?

2019-08-02 10:36:58 UTC

I just did but you are obviously needing to understand the difference between the terminology used to create laws within their organisation.

2019-08-02 10:37:13 UTC

No, you're not understanding what the law is

2019-08-02 10:37:38 UTC

State law applies to everyone in a state equally

2019-08-02 10:38:03 UTC

Legislation is made within a body of an organisation ... but the state law, is not applied to this domain. IT BECOMES A CIVIL MATTER

2019-08-02 10:38:23 UTC

Google's policies only concern Google, not the state

2019-08-02 10:38:47 UTC

You need to understand the difference, Google can do *with its own company* whatever they want as long as they follow the law

2019-08-02 10:39:06 UTC

Google does not take part in the creation of legislation

2019-08-02 10:39:18 UTC

You do know how law works right? that you have civil and you have criminal?

2019-08-02 10:39:28 UTC

State law applies to everyone, Google policy only applies to Google and its users

2019-08-02 10:39:42 UTC

That when an organisation wants to fire your ass, it is not the governments business?

2019-08-02 10:39:59 UTC

You're skirting the issue
