Being critical of Trump is what anyone is supposed to do, not just 'controlled opposition' and the far left.

That's just about the only complaint I can offer personally against Trump. He's willing to use government as a tool to benefit businesses directly, because he's benefited himself that way. For him to go against that would be him being a hypocrite.

Very few people will actually explain, transparently, what imperatives they truly operate on.

For most people, it's a kind of graft. They pretend to hold imperatives they think *others* will admire/respect them for holding.

People do tend to change their minds, especially when it comes to hypothetical versus actually facing the situation in reality. I can't blame someone for not wanting to publicize what they think they will do on fear they will get called out for it when push comes to shove, that isn't what they do.

Few people have the true introspection and willpower to make such choices and stick to them no matter what.
