Being critical of Trump is what anyone is supposed to do, not just 'controlled opposition' and the far left.

That's just about the only complaint I can offer personally against Trump. He's willing to use government as a tool to benefit businesses directly, because he's benefited himself that way. For him to go against that would be him being a hypocrite.
Trump isn't doing a bad job at all as president, but we are still a far far ways away from where we should be constitutionally.

Every person and group should be allowed to define their moral imperatives, I don't see what's wrong with that.
Problems come when they either don't live up to their own rules, or try to force their rules on to others.
Antifa pretends to have moral imperatives. Everything they are against being done, they do.
People do tend to change their minds, especially when it comes to hypothetical versus actually facing the situation in reality. I can't blame someone for not wanting to publicize what they think they will do on fear they will get called out for it when push comes to shove, that isn't what they do.
Few people have the true introspection and willpower to make such choices and stick to them no matter what.
