Yeah, people forget poverty used to be the norm not so long ago

2019-07-25 17:05:14 UTC

absolutely

2019-07-25 17:05:38 UTC

and, in terms of poverty, even the ghettoest places in the US area not even CLOSE to starving

2019-07-25 17:05:45 UTC

or even having nutrition problems

2019-07-25 17:05:51 UTC

other then perhaps a stupid diet

2019-07-25 17:06:17 UTC

basically: even the poorest niggers in the US have access to food and many amenities

2019-07-25 17:06:22 UTC

it's pretty good

2019-07-25 17:06:27 UTC

all things considered

2019-07-25 17:07:24 UTC

Things that bother me the most about the US are, among other things, their foreign policies

2019-07-25 17:07:54 UTC

It's about time they remove their grip and worry about themselves

2019-07-25 17:08:34 UTC

Even North Korea worries about its own shit

2019-07-25 17:09:34 UTC

But I guess other nations need to remain destabilized for a constant fresh influx of cheap labor

2019-07-25 17:20:19 UTC

To a certain extent, I will agree - that it would be better to relax on the external pressure and hedge up the interior (infrastructure, societal and so on). However, as the current world order has progressed, if matters aren't tended to they tend to quickly get out of control and the enmity of the Arab world against everyone else just won't go away.

2019-07-25 17:28:54 UTC

*Arab* world? Lets see... Morocco is no threat to anyone and stable. Algeria is at its most stable since the war with France. Tunisia is slowly becoming a western-style democracy, Libya has been deleted by European incompetence, Egypt is pretty stable and plugged into the international community, Syria has been deleted by the US, Iraq and Lebanon are largely aligned with *non-Arab* Iran, all the peninsular states are American allies super interested in the maintaining of their oil exports and are either aligned with Iran or are in open opposition to it.

The Arabs are mostly ON THE SIDE OF THE US against Iran or support Iran in a few cases, literally most of which are the US' own fault for shitting on them so much they don;t really feel like they have a choice.

C-H-I-N-A is the big daddy global threat rn, not some global Jihad nonsense. That was blown way out of proportion to begin with and mostly to justify foreign interventions (code word for bombing the shit out of countries)... After China there is a large gap, and then, as a far lesser threat, the Russians.

2019-07-25 17:29:45 UTC

Yep, I'm also looking towards China

2019-07-25 17:29:57 UTC

A few months ago Arab leaders met with US and Israel to discuss what to do with Iran

2019-07-25 17:30:07 UTC

it was just before the Iran shit started...

2019-07-25 17:31:14 UTC

Oh, without a doubt China is the premier concern. I was just using the Arabs as low hanging fruit.

2019-07-25 17:32:20 UTC

The big question rn, assuming no actual war with China is gonna happen in the near future, is will the Germans/EU actually do something.

2019-07-25 17:32:30 UTC

Or will they remain useless

2019-07-25 17:32:55 UTC

'Cause on paper they totally have the resources to do shit

2019-07-25 17:33:06 UTC

They are just too damn gay and divided

2019-07-25 17:33:49 UTC

If France and Germany decided "fuck the US" next Monday, the pentagon would go ballistic...

2019-07-25 17:34:09 UTC

Well, that would expedite Brexit...

2019-07-25 17:34:53 UTC

So far the Euros are basically being all limp dick and wanna fence sit

2019-07-25 17:35:09 UTC

isnt pentagon evil sense they share CP stuff?

2019-07-25 17:35:14 UTC

Yeah, because Germany's still nursing its bruise.

2019-07-25 17:35:21 UTC

largelly

2019-07-25 17:35:54 UTC

plus the EU apparatus has not been sufficiently consolidated to actually have a meaningful united foreign policy

2019-07-25 17:36:36 UTC

At the same time being a bureaucratic madhouse .. at least by what it looks like from the external.

2019-07-25 17:36:39 UTC

So although Germany runs the thing, there's still lots of spanners that can be thrown in their wheels by dissenting countries in the EU

2019-07-25 17:37:14 UTC

Obviously with the UK leaving the main pro-US voice is also leaving

2019-07-25 17:37:24 UTC

but it wasn't the only one.

2019-07-25 17:37:54 UTC

Baltics, Poland and Romania are still terrified of Russia and have 0 trust in Western Euros to help them if need be

2019-07-25 17:39:53 UTC

Basically the EU is fucking impotent

2019-07-25 17:39:58 UTC

and gay

2019-07-25 17:40:48 UTC

and there is little on the horizon that would indicate any chance of some assertive action being possible

2019-07-25 17:40:50 UTC

Now you know why there are screams for an EU army

2019-07-25 17:40:56 UTC

noshit

2019-07-25 17:41:00 UTC

So it's kinda declining like Ming China did...

2019-07-25 17:41:27 UTC

It's a good thing that europe's armies are split by nation
