I do, but there does need to be some sort of agreement on the BASE quality of care
And some basic fundamentals
So that they system is *somewhat* uniform across the entire nation
And people are getting the same *general* care
No
States dont have to add it
Else you're just going to get really good care in Cali and shit care everywhere else
Which won't do much..
Then you'll have people moving across state lines for better healthcare
They will get the same general care as the rest of the state.
It's good enough, really.
the only uniformity I'd fight for is that it just fucking be there. how it differes after that wouldn't be the fed's business
If you go to A, B or C then you should get X
This is America, federal govt nust be weakened
No
No matter what state that is.
It shouldnt be there
Fuck thay
States have rights
Else you're just going to have the rich paying for a higher quality of care compared to the poor
Needlessly...
That has been the case for US since its creation.
the rich would still be able to pay for "better care" whatever the fuck that means
It's just too big.
No
Then you have an US verses THEM mentality, which as you can see. Is bad.
States have rights
So you want everyone equal.
Fuck that noise
A similar system between all states will also lower costs as well..
Federal govt too stronk, plz nerf
It tends to work the same in many different states.
They tend to copy from one another.
however if you make it an opt-in/opt-out system, you get the same problem Obamacare had ( I mean, amoung various others) where red states that dogmatically opted out saw a directly linked spike in deaths
Yeah
It will be tailored for each states, but pretty much the same thing.
If there's requirements that are in X but not in Y then companies need to meet all the requirements when they may not be required in the majority of states..
Obamacare didnt have opt out
U idiot
Not fully
