Honey could have paid the money on PDP's behalf, but they might have wanted for PDP to announce a donation to ADL so that ADL doesn't attack Honey for connection to "white supremacy".

At this point, I'm surprised there isn't a violent rebellion against ADL in USA. Maybe it's just because the left is on their side, and the right are pro-Zion, hence they have the proper bi-partisan shield against widespread protesting.

Hence, maybe Honey paid PDP to promote their vouchers and paid ADL (via PDP or directly) to absolve PDP of his sins.
