So the Nazis are left-wing?
Nazi's were a specific, now defunct party of National Socialists.
@Miniature Menace Which is exactly what leftist socialists say about communism and **all** real-world socialisms.
People still holding to that label are pretty much all just LARPers
No true communism has been tried. Heck probably no true socialism either.
I'm not actually arguing any of them are *good* though
The Woke Virgin: Nazis are Right-Wing
The Based Miniature Menace: Nazis are left-wing

Fascism is economically flexible and can be anywhere on the economic scale..
@Weez So Fascism **CAN** be Left-Wing, but it isn't inherently?

Define "left-wing".
Left and right are **defined** by seating order in parliament house.
It can vary between countries.
Fascism can be anywhere, but all (If I recall correctly) have been right leaning economically

It's basically Socialism, but without the exact same intent or justification of many other forms of socialism. Methodologically, it still serves the function of redistributing resources irrespective of property claims based on maximizing some desirable outcome.
@Weez Technically true in the beginning
Left and right wing give people an idea of a position on a specific axis.
Sorry, I meant "National Socialism"
IE, economic axis.
Leftwing are parties that have their seat on the left, when viewed from the pulpit of the chairman.
Cultural axis.
@Weez "Left" and "Right" originated from two groups that sat on two sides of Parliament
Authoritarian axis.
Not used like that anymore.
Yeah, but it **started** like that
But now isn't used like that <:pot_of_kek:544849795433496586>
so Whiic is technically right
