If it was an actual terrorist attack then they could have been tracking the attacker which could have been why they were able to respond so fast
havent there been multiple london bridge attacks tho

i know some forces use ballistic face masks
There is spalling protection added onto the plates
But British police, most likely are just stab vests.
I'd imagine it's just a level 2 vest, able to stop pistols

Though, they do look like military vests. So maybe they are level three. Who knows
What we're seeing in the carrier, if there were plates then they would be slid into a pouch in that carrier

I know, but military vests are pretty sleek these days is what I'm saying. The plates only need to cover the vital organs. So, from just about where the top of the rib cage meets to the upper stomach
Yeah, but if that carrier had a plate in it, then it would be much bulkier.
