Health is all about bowel transit time. If you cram yourself full of ribs and nachos, those have 3-4 days bowel transit time. In that time they become putrefied and rot inside of you, releasing toxins which cause inflammation. If you eat a lot of raw fruits and veggies, transit time is 24 hours. Plus the biophotons are not destroyed. Look up John Rose on YT. He's right, after all else failed, a 7 day juice fast and then going raw vegan for a while stopped my Lyme symptoms, something no doctor could do in 5 years. Food is medicine, you are your own doctor, or executioner. Enjoy your next meal! 😃

Family movie night has been pizza and twizzlers. I want to replace the twizzlers and snacks with something healthy but tasty to munch on. Any suggestions?

@Truth I have a similar opinion, vegans are based on emotional appeal to not hurting living organisms. But if you eat vegetables you are “hurting” that organism.
Sounds like a very well balanced diet.
I pretty much eat all of that except Greek yogurt, coffee, cherries, Gogi berries, and avocados
I eat a lot of chicken. My diet mostly protein with healthy carbs such as broccoli, cauliflower, spinach. I’m bodybuilding right now so I’m sticking to a ketogenic diet with intermittent fasting applied as well. Sometimes I will water fast for 3+ days.
BRAGGS Apple cider vinegar too. I take 3 tablespoons in a shot glass every night before bed, fasting or not. That stuff will put hair on your chest.

Raw honey is great for a number of things
Expecially for your colon
You need meat to have a healthy diet
Apple cider vinegar will put hair in your chest 😄
Vegetarian and vegans are usually lacking iron, b12, d3, omega acids, glucosamine, and good fats
But eating too much meat can be bad as well
But no meat at all is foolish, and will stunt your height, weight, muscle mass, circulation, skin and hair, and eyesight expecially.

Cold water shower pill guys. I finally showered again yesterday and had a cold shower. Man it was great: about to go to the dentist. Going to do another cold shower.
It’s so invigorating. Especially if you’re feeling groggy.
