I've watched a few of his videos, he has some unique and imo correct observations but he's also delusional
I know what the other side has to say, I just think they're wrong
I'm not going to lie and say that a WFPB diet is the best diet for every goal, only the goal of longevity and chronic disease prevention
It's much easier to eat 3k+ calories per day on a diet including animal products, if you want to get big
Also I care more about my people than animals, so I don't really advocate for veganism based on ethics
i dont watch his normal videos, but people who come out and speak about how their diet was negetively impacting them is fantastic

They make me cringe because I know why they failed their diet
Usually they are eating too much fruit, junk or not enough calories
calories and nutrition are two completely different things

The reason most people who fail at veganism fail is because they don't eat enough calories, thus they feel weak
because they are not used to eating such a large quantity of food
since animal products are more caloricly dense
animal products are more nutritious than plant based foods
that is a fact
Define nutritious
Micronutrients per calorie, plants win
Micronutrients by gram, animal products win
We don't eat food based on grams though we eat based on calories
