In the most perfect continuation of this saga possible, the new unlimited Stash box that comes with the Fallout 76 subscription is bugged. It just deletes all your items.

Update: Fallout 76 players who have signed up for Fallout 1st report that Private Worlds have dead NPCs and looted areas in them and can get invaded by other players
