It's almost as if these "critics" aren't actual fans of the franchise and the lore.
theyre only fans of WHAMEN POWER

>throw away line about never going out of orbit with no mention of if its ever been her flying, or if its just 'i know where the buttons are' and then:
>can pilot a weird shaped starship better than Han Solo with no explanation as to why the ship is on a 'pretty much nowhere' planet
🤔
>baby with no consciousness about what it is it's doing and it goes to sleep after 5 seconds of using a power that only buys breathing room
>random person shows better piloting skills with next to no experience on a weird shaped ship than the owner who had it for years which for some reason is on a 'nowhere' planet
real hypocrisy
i cant stand being so misogynistic sometimes

Bloody femoids.
If the choice was between
1. Aiming to proactively influence China
2. Draining the remaining 98% swamp
Which long term effort (will) would probably have the highest ROI for American citizens?
Cringe.

Yikes, and you say TIM'S cringe
I don't understand people who outright dislike Time Pool.
It's like they've only see things from 2nd perspective.
Tim's a pretty solid dude.
I can listen to the guy, he does bring healthy discussion...
I just can't stand his fence sitting...
He's gotten really good at digging in the news cycles.
And the repeated "I respect X or Y" for generally doing one thing while having so much more dubious stuff on the side.
Nothing wrong with understand both sides of the argument.
Ah and also "It's complicated" when the issues he brings up are pretty straightforward.
If anything it's beneficial.
All that isn't enough for me to just flip off at Tim.
But I can certainly get where some people are coming from when they criticize him.
I dunno, saying that he doesn't agree with you 100% isn't very good criticism
Personally, I find that he rants too much.
I've been watching him for a long time so his stories have gotten pretty stale to me. Other than that he's pretty spot on politically.
I'm moderate though, so maybe I'm just not edgy enough.
... How did you read that I was expecting him to agree with me politically? I was merely pointing him that he's way too neutral on some points by overly tossing the sentence "It's complicated." when what he says can be pretty straight forward.
He does rant, but that's understandable when you gotta read the same shit over and over and see the madness that is American politics.
Too Neutral?
