what work
being considered obese without being fat
different people have different proclivity toward metabolizing, storing fat, and making muscles
well it depends
youd be termed medically obese if you were muscly
and while having excessive muscles is a detriment to your health
its a different detriment than normal obesity
all it does is make it impossible for my arm to full extend lol
like, I can't make my arm a straight 180 degrees
more like 130-140
1.45 log(kg/m) (lune) 1.57 log(kg/m) (luci) 1.71 log(kg/m) (us male average) 1.84 log(kg/m) (ralin)
log?
yes a log scale
to stop it being exponential
it’s a linear scale now
oh, yeah i'm fat atm, need to lose ~60 lbs
but all that fat is in belly
everything else is fit
thats the worst place to have it
it strains the organs
you need to have some fat to build muscle correctly, use it as an opportunity to get amazing strength gains
@Stig2002 it's not like what you're picturing, hold on
Lewis Hamilton would be 1.59 log(kg/m)
@Ralin Storm i don't want to see your stomach
He’s a pretty light guy at 68kg and 1.74m
lol @Stig2002 I wouldn't put you through that, here is gladiator.
replace his flabby arms/neck/legs with muslces
which makes up most of the weight
Extra weight around the midsection is more likely to be visceral fat, which surrounds the body’s inner organs, than subcutaneous fat, which lies immediately under the skin. That means belly fat will likely “increase inflammation in the body, leading to Type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol, to name a few
belly fat is the worst for you
@Stig2002 lmao type 2 diabetes, i wish 😉
