That's speaking from the perspective of the Police being an 'Oppressive Body' like many Civil Rights Groups claim

Not end up getting murdered by a bad one, or killed by a good one.

Imagine following police officer instructions, lunacy right? The people who uphold laws suspect you of breaking the law and so want to stop, and possibly arrest you.
