So my cousin has been taking photos of our neighbours because he thinks they are in an illegal AirBnB

Taking pictures in the hallway

Has 100s of pics of them

Even them walking outside our apartment

And according to our city's law AirBnB are allowed for short term rentals

so ur cousin is trying to enforce a city ordinance
