2018-09-26 19:38:36 UTC

2018-09-26 19:38:46 UTC

And I actually want kids now

2018-09-26 19:38:50 UTC

So why risk that

2018-09-26 19:38:57 UTC

After I have kids sure but before eh

2018-09-26 19:39:17 UTC

If you're ever interested I'll shoot you deets

2018-09-26 19:39:37 UTC

I think by its nature the work is a revolving door

2018-09-26 19:39:45 UTC

Air Force is taking people up to age 39 😊

2018-09-26 19:39:56 UTC

im good - i had my fun three year-long tours in Iraq

2018-09-26 19:40:05 UTC

Sasha just wants me to join chair force so I can smoke her in pt :P

2018-09-26 19:40:15 UTC

haha

2018-09-26 19:40:20 UTC

Trololol jkjk

2018-09-26 19:40:26 UTC

I’d go Marines if I ever did military. But I’m 25 now. Most marines are younger men.

2018-09-26 19:40:28 UTC

@Deleted User Cash me oitside, how bout dat?

2018-09-26 19:40:38 UTC

Hahahaha and Orlando those army tours though

2018-09-26 19:40:46 UTC

I am glad I didn't have them

2018-09-26 19:40:54 UTC

7 months Is good for me

2018-09-26 19:41:02 UTC

@noobpocket you're still in prime condition at 25 - you'd probably get promoted quicker because the younger joes are still kids

2018-09-26 19:41:18 UTC

25 in marines is perfect age

2018-09-26 19:41:23 UTC

I am disabled, and I think I would smoke my old self in everything but running. My hip doesnt like running anymore lol. I was 21 then, now 39. I

2018-09-26 19:41:30 UTC

@Deleted User one of them was 15-months, they told us were extended while out there

2018-09-26 19:41:35 UTC

back in the surge

2018-09-26 19:42:33 UTC

At this point, with all the lifting and cardio exercise at my job, I’d just have to get back into running more, and I’d kill all the PT.

2018-09-26 19:42:52 UTC

the Colonel said after telling us we're getting extended, "look at this way, thats 4 more months to f*** shit up, hooah!"

2018-09-26 19:43:18 UTC

nobody was happy inside tho, we were fuming

2018-09-26 19:46:38 UTC

@noobpocket look up the PT reqs for USMC and go kill it!

2018-09-26 19:46:57 UTC

indeed but being a lumberjack might be more peaceful

2018-09-26 19:47:42 UTC

God's plan will take its course

2018-09-26 19:47:59 UTC

It is a lot more peaceful. I still wake up at 5 am everyday and get home after 4 pm. My job has a lot of freedoms. There’s nothing wrong with working within the lumber trade.

2018-09-26 19:48:19 UTC

nothing at all if you're at perfect peace and happy

2018-09-26 19:48:21 UTC

It’s honest work, but I wonder if I can be content with it.

2018-09-26 19:49:14 UTC

I could see myself being in this company for a while.

2018-09-26 19:50:27 UTC

I miss working with trees. My old boss is going to have me once in a while. I can't handle it too much. I can do a few days a week at most.

2018-09-26 19:50:57 UTC

I live a mile away. The people I work with aren’t bad. They had to see my work ethic and consistency first but now they’ve warmed up considerably.

2018-09-26 19:51:25 UTC

I have been starting my own businesses since I can't do much. I help a lot of sick people like myself getting herbs imported that have changed my life.

2018-09-26 19:51:51 UTC

In this trade you have to earn respect through how you work, is what I’ve learned.

2018-09-26 19:51:59 UTC

That’s a good calling @Choose Life !

2018-09-26 19:52:33 UTC

I always wanted to help people. That is why I wanted to be a cop before. I feel better doing what I do now.

2018-09-26 19:53:00 UTC

That’s the ticket, man. That’s an admirable thing. As long as you’re happy.

2018-09-26 19:54:42 UTC

I do not have a lot of money, but I am happy. I have turned down offers, and quit other business I made to help people. I was not happy when I was living for money. God supplies all my needs 😃

2018-09-26 19:56:14 UTC

@noobpocket If you have been seriously contemplating the military, know that you have a short window especially in USMC. I had seriously considered the military in my 20s but always gave other jobs a chance. I thought it was over when I hit my 30s. I am blessed and thankful God had that cap raised to give me a chance to serve.
