Men aren’t perfect

2018-10-25 21:02:31 UTC

So we’re not all direct sons

2018-10-25 21:08:16 UTC

Time to shower and enjoy a quiet night.

2018-10-25 21:12:19 UTC

The Bible says Jesus is God on multiple occasions, I'm providing adequate scripture for this in the <#467164315598979072> channel @Szayel's Pooppion (But He is both, He is many things, Scripture says this, fully man fully God, Son of Man, Son of God, "I AM" etc)

2018-10-25 21:30:35 UTC

@Sar 100% agree, i was just scrolling through his crap. Waste of time

2018-10-25 21:54:30 UTC

@Szayel's Pooppion tanning is good for you

2018-10-25 21:54:41 UTC

It's how we get vitamin D

2018-10-25 21:54:53 UTC

Which is needed for brain development

2018-10-25 21:55:32 UTC

People who lack vitamin D have many health problems both mentally and physically

2018-10-25 21:56:07 UTC

For example, a black person has dark skin, which makes it hard for them to absorb vitamin D from the sun

2018-10-25 21:56:34 UTC

Leading them to being deficient in vitamin D, which stunts their brain development

2018-10-25 21:57:27 UTC

Which explains why black people in cold environments don't do well, the lack of sunlight and their inability to absorb what little light there is destroys their brains

2018-10-25 22:02:26 UTC

Cold weather turns me into a b$tch

2018-10-25 22:09:47 UTC

You can get your vitamin D without tanning

2018-10-25 22:09:54 UTC

Tanning is a sign you got too much

2018-10-25 22:10:26 UTC

I’ve been going to a dermatologist for years so I know very well this stuff

2018-10-25 22:10:44 UTC

Good to know

2018-10-25 22:11:17 UTC

15-20 mins of sunlight *with* sunscreen is all you need to get it

2018-10-25 22:11:26 UTC

Nice

2018-10-26 00:37:03 UTC

No 15 minutes daily no sunscreen is the minimum for white people

2018-10-26 00:37:26 UTC

As your skin gets darker so does the sunlight requirements

2018-10-26 00:37:53 UTC

Super dark Africans can need up to 2 hours in the sun with no sunscreen

2018-10-26 00:49:09 UTC

You always need sunscreen when you’re white

2018-10-26 00:49:37 UTC

Granted if it’s the fall or winter, I don’t put sunscreen on as much since I know the suns angle isn’t as direct

2018-10-26 00:50:29 UTC

But in the spring and esp the summer, 15 mins exposed is enough time for me to get burnt, if it’s enough time for me to get burnt I not only prematurely aged my skin but I have also increased my chance of skin cancer

2018-10-26 00:51:21 UTC

And no thanks I’m white so I don’t want darker skin nor do I want wrinkled skin or cancer

2018-10-26 00:52:41 UTC

Also this is another myth that people need direct sunlight to get vitamin D, they don’t. Indirect sunlight is enough. So in the summer not only do I wear dark clothing & sunscreen, I also use a parasol so even though I am shaded, so long as I’m outside I am getting vitamin D

2018-10-26 00:54:22 UTC

I understand that white men are less concerned about premature aging and skin cancer but I a white woman am very much on the lookout for that & I would appreciate looking like I’m in my 30s when I’m 40 rather than older.

2018-10-26 00:56:59 UTC

Also, any darker skinned person has more melatonin that’s why they are more resistant to the suns harmful effects in regards to cancer but they also don’t prematurely age as badly; their darker skin acts like a sunscreen.

That Anomaly guy is a beta

2018-10-26 01:42:29 UTC

At least he likes Trump tho

2018-10-26 01:49:26 UTC

I dislike nuancebro

The best way to receive sufficient UVB rays to facilitate vitamin D synthesis requires a balance of enough sun, but not so much as to increase the risk of skin cancer. Just a few minutes of exposure a day provide enough UVB to kick off the vitamin D process. People with darker skin need more time in the sun than those with fair skin, due to their skin’s melanin, which impedes absorption. Researchers suggest spending five to 30 minutes in the sun between the hours of 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. twice a week, to replenish your vitamin D stores. For people at higher risk of skin cancer, or for people with sedentary, indoor lives, supplements work as well.

2018-10-26 02:10:49 UTC

and

2018-10-26 02:10:55 UTC

Location, season and physical blocks can prevent UVB absorption. Regions north of latitude 40, running horizontally from northern California to New York City do not receive sufficient sun rays from September through May. In addition, anything physically blocking the sun’s rays impedes vitamin D synthesis, such as clothing, sunscreen with a sun protection factor higher than 15, coatings on windows and clouds in the sky. People with darker skin also require more sunlight, as their higher amount of melanin reduces their UVB exposure.

2018-10-26 02:30:58 UTC

As I said

2018-10-26 02:31:03 UTC

Indirect sunlight

2018-10-26 02:31:21 UTC

I would know this better than any man

2018-10-26 02:32:51 UTC

If I were to go outside for 15 mins without protection I would tan, if I tanned, specifically on my face, I would have not only created a premature aging, but would set in the past acne scars on my face

2018-10-26 02:34:23 UTC

It is always recommended for white people specifically, in the times of spring and summer especially that they wear sunscreen. it's sunSCREEN. Like putting a screen over your skin

2018-10-26 02:34:47 UTC

it doesn't block the sun, it filters out harmful rays that will either damage or age your skin
