They don't do anything about their depression either, except complain and make it worse
I lurk far more than interact with folks here so I don't recognize vast majority of you at all.
Though if it is so, it's sad. I know of quite some people with similar approach on various discord servers. @Danacrag - do tell if you'll find a way to get better and need help.

What happens if you like anime, and probably could trace the depression to something much father back? I mean to be honest, my one crippling weakness is that I fail to get the nerve to ask the girl I like if she is fucking even single. But that more to do with that fact that the last time I was emotionally invested in someone, they fucked my "friends".
6 years of my life fucking gone, and I actually don't watch that much anime or play video games anymore, I work too much for too little.
2 hours a week of anime, and about just ask much video games at this point, hard to find the time between 2 jobs.
But if you need solid advice, here's one: apply thermal compound responsibly

I am currently at work, I left last night at 10 and came back at 5 <--- This is the reason I am depressed.
@SufferBuddy I don't think one has to do much with other with the exception of fact that those who do have time and things or emotions to run away from do so toward something that can occupy them. Video games, anime and other activities are very good at occupying one's mind and providing other, even if transient feelings.
