Again, you CAN'T guarantee everyone a job because of what a job IS. If you just wanna pay people to stay busy, the govt could pay people to dig holes with spoons and fill them in again, but that is not MEANINGFUL or PRODUCTIVE work. For anything more than that, it requires specific skill and not everyone has those skills. It's nice to think you could retrain anyone, but you can't. There are biological limits to that. And automation outlearns humans at an exponential rate while humans learn linearly
