so if someone makes an outlandish statement, its wrong for someone to ask for proof?
What is an "outlandish statement" to you? It's completely subjective.
to say the earth is flat is an outlandish statement i would say
My field of study has 101-level shit be considered "outlandish" to normies just because it's non-PC.
i think thats something most people can agree on
what’s your field of study
But the main point is that in a debate, it simply cannot be one person supplying all the "sources" to their arguments.
Race Politics.
and what in that field of study is outlandish to normies
Basic police procedure, when it comes to the sub-field of police brutality.
and what about that is “non-pc”?
or outlandish
Non-PC would be that black men getting shot by police is in part because of them refusing to wear belts and grabbing in their crotch region to pull up their pants, which is a big no-no.
Bruh Jesse trying to call Gillette gotta be the funniest thing I’ve seen all day
It's such an *obvious* thing that I've been crowned king for pointing it out, for some reason.
...
i dont even know how to respond to something that idiotic
ok how many black men have been shot by police for pulling up their pants for not wearing belts?
im genuinely curious
Think it was just an example of dumb things people think they can get away with
If I were to debate Destiny on that topic, I'd end up ripping my hair out because I basically need to be un-interrupted for 3-5 minutes to fully explain the importance of something or the details of a police procedure.
Destiny is *incapable* of letting someone get more than a sentence in.
i can show you examples that contrast that statement
That's why I think he's such a worthless scum, because his debate with Ape had him interrupting Ape *then complaining when Ape wouldn't let him finish a sentence*.
but ape was literally doing the thing you accused destiny of doing?
Keeping an unequal number of interruptions and sources is basically the quickest way to make a debate to enter the dumb-zone.
stawmanning and gish galloping?
ape was literally yelling “shut up!” like a child while he was trying to state his side of the argument
I don't remember Ape gish galloping *immediately* after Destiny asked him not to, the opposite of which I remember happened.
im listening to it rn put it on yourself
turn the video on yourself**
Destiny is the biggest beta male I've seen on the internet
I'm not going to listen to it a second time.
I stopped giving leftist YouTubers the time of day.
so you just sit in an echo chamber of people who agree with you?
why not challenge your ideas and see if they stand to other peoples ideas
It doesn't work like that.
why doesnt it?
When you do a basic glance at manipulation/propaganda strategies, the "market of ideas" where you intentionally looking for the best, fair arguments doesn't work in reality.
i talk to people i disagree with all the time, if im proven wrong or something i look to strengthen my argument or change my point of view
When most of the arguments you come across with follow the same set of rules and come from the same instinctual motivation, it doesn't matter if you experience that argument first hand or just think of it while daydreaming.
