rather do shoulder presses
and military presses
Well yea it does, but long legs favour tall people at running
Play to your strengths
fuck the pullup; i am 6'5 and the bar is never high enough
And it means little when you have to throw some fat ass over your back and carry them 50-100 meters tbh
unless they a real fat ass- in which case leave them
ye but I think running gives ya a bigger advantage then a pull up would
<:pot_of_kek:544849795433496586>
given its also an endurance thing
Nah it doesn't tbh, running is great for shuttles in kit, but in truth the days of light role running everywhere are done, got vehicles and shit now <:PepeLaugh:565528391336329216>
i'd rather do strong man competions
Also I was light role, and there was sweet fuck all that was light about it
lug massive tires or some shit
running? No. i make THEM run
My back and knees will hate me when i'm 50 tbh
i went back to the gym a few years ago, haha pullups, then i couldnt lift myself lol, sober moment
Dude if someone can do half a pull up thats something tbh
well, you have to be able to do at least one
im 105kg
i'd' rather lift my car and slide it accross the lot
than fuckin run\
so each arm effectively has to pull 50KG
all muscle I presume cadbal?
Each time you do a pull up
haha, yeah sure uber
i do 40lb dumbells
dam your a beefy boi
great for military press
not to mention they have the elastic band shit in gyms to help with pull ups you know
fucking bend steel and shit
Start with the orange one and go down from there
tbh i've always carried a fair bit, physical jobs and such, tho now im trimming back down and running while lifting
I stopped distance running now i'm out tbh, I only do 2-5 miles daily
just got to get back into a routine
i always have to make sure i have a decent back work out
weights/BW 3x a week and running 5x a week
helps keep you from hurting your back if tall
especially whne you get old
