Trump at least hasn't made many major mistakes, he hasn't upset more people than he already has prior to his presidency
He gained new allies and made almost no new enemies
You even have some Democrats who support reparations for slavery which is going to cost significantly more votes then it might gain
Well, there's the black vote.
The Democrats have switched from being a Centre Left Party to just being the Anti-Trump Party
Sure some disgruntled voters will look elsewhere because he didn't build the wall, but that's not a strong motivator
They'll have the poor vote from the welfare and state benefits
The middleclass from the benefits
What will Trump offer, more tax cuts for the rich?
Turns out, there's more non rich than rich.
Most Republicans would never even consider voting Democrat in the next election whereas some of the more moderate Democrats certainly could think about voting Republican
Or will he just aim for the lower educated voters again?
Trump appeals to Rural Voters for one
As if not all the presidents always aimed for the lower educated voters 😄
The Democrats don't have a chance of winning the rural vote
Trump also appeals to big businesses
"Lower education" is also just a smear
It's not <:pot_of_kek:544849795433496586>
Accurate lmao
Trump also appeals to the Working Class to an extent by offering Tax Cuts and immigration restrictions
That is a winning combination of groups
Trump appeals to big business less due to his immigration choices
You think big business wants less immigrants?
If he can get Rural Voters, Big Businesses and a substantial amount of Working Class voters he can win
KEK
No
Big business want more immigrants.
More cheap labour.
But they support Tax Cuts and less regulations
Big business is not a meaningful voting block, they only donate money
I think Big Businesses won't exactly like Trump but they will prefer him to the alternative Democrat candidate
The working-class are more Democrat orientated
Because of what the Dems are offering
Such as their healthcare solution
Whereas the Republicans are not offering that
Not the white and/or male working class, which is still the majority
I'd say there's at least a 2/3 chance Trump will win
1/4 tbh
According to what?
Trump offering very little policy wise
