Saturated fat≠red meat
Goalpost is over here dude
Red meat contains saturated fat..
In relevant quantities
thus, you eat red meat you eat saturated fat
its related to our discussion, not goalpast shifting..
Plus I assume that's what you're going to do is just deny sat fat and cholesterol have any negative effects.
Red meat is red meat, eating fatty cuts is a separate decision
even lean cuts contain saturated fat.. 😒
Which are dangerous in high amounts, but still needed in a diet
And saturated fat is a dietary necessity
^
lmfao no its absolutely not LOL
Because the liver cannot create whole cholesterol on its own nor full amino acid profiles
there is no dietary requirement for saturated fat.
Yes it is lol
No its not...
Yes, it is
Yes it is lol
Science doesnt become outdated
Taurine cannot be synthesized on plant proteins
Yes it does you dolt
We literally cannot make all of our cholesterol without a fat component in the diet yes
That's basic metabolic chemistry
Hormones too
We can synthesize cholesterol from fat sources other than saturated fat..
Science used to say atoms were indestructible, that is outdated
You mean that we can fake saturated fat. Doesn't make it not saturated fat
New discoveries outdate old conclusions
Trans fats are the synthetic garbage fat that nobody needs
We weren't talking about trans fats
Diet science is by no means even a steady field, every body is different and reacts differently
Polyunsaturated fats if they are seed based can be inflammatory causing agents that contribute to systematic malady
We were talking about saturated fats
Right I'm talking fats overall because the guy seems to think fat = bad
Vegan diets would also be unstustainable for the populace
Enjoy your B 12 injections
@Imaorange fair point
PUFAs can be inflammatory, but that's because of prostaglandin formation. Saturated fats still are more inflammatory overall, especially compared to PUFAs/MUFAs
