if you're around 2000 users then growth really matters, when you're in the hundreds of millions of users it doesnt matter

I remember seeing a video a while back at a labour event where one person asked for people not to clap and then thanked the ladies and gantlemen in the audience, after this a point was raised asking not to call the audience ladies and gentlemen as it was bigoted. Does any one have a link to this video as the copy I saved was removed I don’t think it was too long ago that this happened
