For diversity, I remember in college this black person was giving a speech on it in my communications class... And they gave a survey to the class and they asked "is diversity something we should care about"

And I marked no, because I don't care what race people are

To care about diversity is to say that the racial makeup of the group affects the quality of the group, *which it doesn't*
