For the record I am in full support of pedophiles not being afraid to be open to doctors so there can be more study done on them. However these people should have their activities secretly monitored by government agencies.

That is because a good chunk of pedophiles have been sexually exploited during childhood

Ideally we would be able to figure out the signs that someone may become a pedophile (like even when they're a kid themselves) and be able to prescribe medicine or therapy to change this while monitoring their behavior rigorously to ensure that they don't harm children.

Then if they do harm children send them to prison while continuing to examine their brains and shit.

Sexual exploitation isn’t an adding factor on pedophilia.

If anything, it repels the majority of people from any form of pedophilia or sexual exploitation.
