Rushton grants that the IQ tests of Asians shows a relatively small standard deviation, with a smaller right tail towards the very high IQs. For IQ elitists such as Lynn and Rushton, this is a fact which should be of supreme analytical and theoretical importance because it is high IQ genius which builds and maintains civilisations, not mean/average intelligences.
