Rushton grants that the IQ tests of Asians shows a relatively small standard deviation, with a smaller right tail towards the very high IQs. Thus the proportion of very high IQs and geniuses is much higher among Whites than Asians: M. Masters, “The Morality of Survival” (Part II), American Renaissance, August 1995, pp. 1, 3-5, at p.3. For IQ elitists such as Lynn and Rushton, this is a fact which should be of supreme analytical and theoretical importance because it is high IQ genius which builds and maintains civilisations, not mean/average intelligences.
Instead, no mention or development of this is made by Lynn and Rushton. Rushton said to Richard McCulloch at the second American Renaissance conference that McCulloch “shouldn’t find too much comfort in that.

and this is what's written there

2017-07-27 12:10:24 UTC

>There is evidence that this might not happen; intelligence testing of Asians shows a relatively small standard deviation, suggesting a smaller right tail of the IQ distribution and a smaller percentage of innovative individuals.

2017-07-27 12:10:37 UTC

no reference to anything

2017-07-27 12:11:15 UTC

it looks like a valid reference at first

2017-07-27 12:11:17 UTC

2017-07-27 12:13:06 UTC

I wouldn't be surprised if it is

2017-07-27 12:13:24 UTC

There is an enormous difference in innovation when comparing Asian civilization to Western Civilization

2017-07-27 12:13:36 UTC

Sorry im back now anything i miss

2017-07-27 12:13:38 UTC

2017-07-27 12:13:58 UTC

I'm going to keep searching for a source regardless

2017-07-27 12:14:36 UTC

asia is home to a different culture

2017-07-27 12:14:50 UTC

a taoist would literally laugh at the suggestion that innovation is important

2017-07-27 12:15:16 UTC

I thought Taoism was mainly popular in China

2017-07-27 12:15:21 UTC

and Korea

2017-07-27 12:15:24 UTC
