Communism is the next stage of humanity following the capitalist stage.

What exactly is communism according to Marxist-Leninists:

A brief hypothetical dialogue on Leftist support for third-world invasion and also environmentalism:

Leftist: The world is over-populated, we're using up all of the earth's resources, we need to have fewer babies!
I: Most of the babies are born in Asia and Africa, why don't we support reducing the birth-rate there?
L: People in the West use much more water, land, electricity, etc with our houses and cars and computers than people in the third world.
I: Does that mean anyone who lives in a Western country places a greater strain on the planet?
L: Yes.
I: And people in the West who have lots of children do the greatest environmental damage?
L: Yes.
I: And the people with the highest birthrate are in Africa and Asia.
L: Yes, but they don't use up as much by way of resources.
I: So why are bringing them here? Won't they do a lot more environmental damage once they have houses and cars and electricity 24/7?

Yes, but that's not a good argument for why we shouldn't "bring them" here.

It's still just racist in its underpinnings.

Pure ideology.
