Take the M3Wpill. The rich 1st world exploits the poorer 2nd world and 3rd world. Watch Jason Unruhe.

Incentive and progress can be measured objectively, according to your goals. It is just another metric on a huge spreadsheet.

2017-08-25 23:13:40 UTC

Not really

2017-08-25 23:13:43 UTC

Programs and ai can be very complex, so in theory an ai can work better than human free market

2017-08-25 23:13:55 UTC

because sometimes people produce things people didn't know they wanted

2017-08-25 23:14:19 UTC

Of course. Randomness can also be measured and allocated to accordingly.

2017-08-25 23:14:27 UTC

How

2017-08-25 23:14:46 UTC

Also this is a future solution for a current system

2017-08-25 23:15:00 UTC

Give me a better system currently for creating more wealth

2017-08-25 23:15:31 UTC

is more wealth whats important?

2017-08-25 23:15:34 UTC

Well, an AI, specifically machine learning, continually experiments and tries new and unexpected things to find solutions.

2017-08-25 23:15:40 UTC

It's how we're measuring it

2017-08-25 23:15:53 UTC

How does it know when it has a solution?

2017-08-25 23:15:56 UTC

Show it to people?

2017-08-25 23:16:07 UTC

He could come up with billion solutions

2017-08-25 23:16:14 UTC

The wealth metric over time.

2017-08-25 23:16:18 UTC

and people would have to wait on stand by to produce it?

2017-08-25 23:16:25 UTC

sounds really far fetched

2017-08-25 23:16:37 UTC

I'm sure it does.

2017-08-25 23:16:50 UTC

That;s nonsense, you can't predict a products success

2017-08-25 23:16:58 UTC

Otherwise people would already be doing it

2017-08-25 23:17:09 UTC

If you're talking about the future I don't care

2017-08-25 23:17:12 UTC

Do you know that the vast majority of market trades are already done by AI?

2017-08-25 23:17:21 UTC

Market trades yes

2017-08-25 23:17:24 UTC

Producing goods no

2017-08-25 23:18:33 UTC

Manufacturing, too. AI is used to optimise processes, in the design and assembly. We are already merging into a new future. And with increased automation, the free market will be harder and harder to justify because it will be superfluous.

2017-08-25 23:19:10 UTC

We will end with so much unused garbage

2017-08-25 23:19:28 UTC

And who will decide what the machines will produce?

2017-08-25 23:19:38 UTC

Also an AI?

2017-08-25 23:19:48 UTC

Soon there will be a tipping point where the free market is actually a hindrance to overall progress, and that's when you get social change.

2017-08-25 23:19:52 UTC

Because then you're talking about the future

2017-08-25 23:20:11 UTC

Free market a hindrance, what a joke

2017-08-25 23:20:25 UTC

Nordic countries still have the ability to extract wealth from developing nations through their corporations and have more favorable trade relations with the rest of the developed world than Venezuela does.

Nordic countries also don't have the same history of being a victim of imperialism that Latin American countries have. It's hard to build a social democracy when you're starting with less than nothing.

Welp reply from leftpol

2017-08-25 23:20:28 UTC

Of course. Monkeys are not as smart as machines.

2017-08-25 23:20:45 UTC

More creative still

2017-08-25 23:20:53 UTC

Haha.

2017-08-25 23:21:08 UTC

And a man can fail many times, a centralized AI that fails is a catastrophe

2017-08-25 23:21:16 UTC

Are you arguing for one centralized AI?

2017-08-25 23:21:46 UTC

p2p

2017-08-25 23:22:29 UTC

Also you said soon, which implies this is not currently doable

2017-08-25 23:22:31 UTC

You are the master of assumptions. AI has built in redundencies as apart of the overall objective progress of your 'wealth' metric. A catastrophe is a pretty big problem to achieving this.
