I'm just skimming over the wikipedia article
>Wikipedia
Stop that.
I guess it's just a principle of occupation of land equals ownership
Where else should I be looking?
Anything but wikipedia.
Wikipedia is fine for general overview.
With the one exception of national syndicalism 🤣 🔫
Politics is like ice-cream. We all like different flavours but can all appreciate the cold sweetness against our lips.
Fuck, that puts a really sexual ideal in my head
like a guy furiously and heavily licking at some ice cream. Before looking at you with a smile, white ice cream all around his mouth
Is the sexual?
It's erotic
how he's licking it
Oh.
Not all erotic activity is furious.
I don't care
But now I learned how you like it.

@Anglican I don't call it Geo-libertarianism - just Georgism. Also totes less capitalist than Socdems.
That's just where I learnt of it.
O
The concept.
It was a long time ago, on a /pol/ server.
I was scrolling through adn I saw someone ask "Wtf does that mean?"
and the geo-lib explained it
still doesn't make much sense
but whatev
Well, in the current setup you can purchase a plot of land and leave it and wait for it to accrue value before you let someone so much as set foot on it. This artificially inflates property values and increases vacancies directly.
Under Georgism, anyone who wanted to do that would have to pay massive taxes on it, even higher if the land gave access to particular natural resources.
This would also apply to production - a company couldn't just buy land to mine and hoard whatever they were mining on the land. The value of whatever they were mining would be worked into taxes if they wanted to keep doing it.
So much for the anti-rape right!
A man that large should fear no knife.
