i got a question regarding some jobs in a post/capitalist society

how will very labor-intensive work be done? I am thinking here of computer coding or stuff like that, i dont think the burden of that work can really be "shared"

isnt it really hard to continue working on somebody elses curve and every project seems to have a steep learning curve? How do you make sure people in a post-capitalist society will code enough
