Even though happiness does occur to you on occasion, it isn't often and it's rather short lived. That wasn't enough for me, as I find myself very demotivated each day without.

It isn't an end goal, happiness is only a step towards every other goal you have. Once it becomes normal for you, everything changes.

Not the world mind you, but how you see it.

It might very well be the difference between someone like me and those reliant on an extreme idea to save them.

It's not about what idea to pursue, but perhaps how you feel.

If you are an emotionally stable person who has things under control and you still believe in that, well, it means I have no reason not to take it seriously.
