That is why the amount of time we would have to give to people would have to be based on what they are as a person.
AKA, on a case by case basis.
Alright so what you’re saying is freedom of choice is allowed?
At least to an extent
A limited extent, but yes, it takes some freedom for a person to realize what they are best at.
Why would this idea be worse under a capitalistic system
Would the person not choose the job they would in a fascist society
Well, when they reached the age when they needed to begin providing for themselves, they would be assigned by the government to whatever job they worked the best in, though in some cases people may have to work jobs they could be happier in, if they work their best and did what they were best in, then they would benefit society much better as a whole.
One thing that should be noted, is that when people are forced upon one path, they focus much more on that one path, in order to become better at it.
I do not recall if I read that from iron march, or mein kampf, but it is still worthy of the notation, regardless.
That makes a lot of sense I will say that I agree
But now there's the question of how this type of government works
If it's all up to the government and the government supplies all the jobs and materials, is it really possible to sustain this in the long term?
Because in a socialist or communist government nationalizing industry usually leads to disaster, so how would this type work
Ah yes, this is where the big divergence in fascism and communism comes into play, where a worker in a communist or socialist government is given everything they are needed by a factory, (Or at least that is the theory.), a fascist worker is obligated to provide for himself, one way or another, the state would play very little role in actually giving people supplies/materials for living.
Ah ok
So would there be private businesses? How would government regulate businesses and supply jobs?
Private business would exist in very little capacity, at most it would be trading/bargaining groups, the government would keep an extremely watchful eye on them, in order to make sure they do not begin scamming people.
How would the public businesses work
Everyone would just be working for the government then
How would the economy work exactly
Would the government regulate the economy
And how do workers get paid
The economy would most likely be in a complete whreck after the helter skelter, with global trade not being seen for an extremely long time, it is likely that the economy itself will be primarily localized and agrigarian. The government would control most if not all of the economy as a whole, workers would be paid with a currency not based off of hardly anything other than the amount of money that is produced, workers would use it to exchange for items that they would need for living.
So there is no more class system like in capitalism
No low, middle and high classes
There would be, but there would be little difference.
Hierarchy is important after all.
So you'd be in a higher class based on the perceived importance of the work you're doing
You would be given more money by working a higher-skilled job
Basically like capitalism
Nope.
The higher class would be the most gifted genetically, and the people who have achieved the greatest.
The fascist system of hierarchy is different than that of the capitalist one.
For you alone are responsible for your job, and you only take orders from those who are above you, while commanding those who are below you, if you are given clearence to do so.
Not that different from militaristic styles of commanding when you think about it.
