Small government, while workers own the means of production independently of the state.

The state, if it's not outright smashed as in Anarchism, is only there to protect the rights of the people from abuses or exploitation, fulfilling a minimal role.

@DICK KICKEM 422 Communism says that there needs to be a revolution, then the workers will use a Vangaurd Party (a party run by the workers) and then found a Proletariat Dictatorship. This is meant to protect the workers interests, and create a transitional period where the state culturally prepares the proletariat for Full Communism.

Anaracho-Communism just says that we can enter that Full Communism stage right at the beginning.

Personally, I don't fully agree with either. I'm an Anarcho-Syndicalist.
