Russia 1916

2019-06-13 01:12:14 UTC

@Borzo are you talking about welfare legislation and the minority ghettos?

2019-06-13 01:12:20 UTC

Where the tsar is forcefully executing dissidents, keeping people in crushing poverty and sending those that don't to the front line

2019-06-13 01:12:28 UTC

For USA

2019-06-13 01:12:31 UTC

This doesn't have much to do with racism

2019-06-13 01:12:31 UTC

Not russia

2019-06-13 01:12:41 UTC

This is more about class

2019-06-13 01:13:08 UTC

1% of the population own 40% of the bottom populations wealth

2019-06-13 01:13:15 UTC

Ok but isn't it probable that certain races more likely to be of a certain class

2019-06-13 01:13:27 UTC

Depending on the country

2019-06-13 01:13:33 UTC

Somewhat

2019-06-13 01:13:50 UTC

Usually black people are poor because of their historical material conditions

2019-06-13 01:14:08 UTC

Not to say that there aren't white people who are just as poor

2019-06-13 01:14:35 UTC

But many leftists see it as black people were kept as slaves through the justifications of racism

2019-06-13 01:14:51 UTC

"They're black, so they aren't as human as you"

2019-06-13 01:15:00 UTC

"Therefore it's ok to own them as slaves"

2019-06-13 01:15:19 UTC

Which was quite a classfuckery

2019-06-13 01:15:41 UTC

Because under capitalism, slavery is supposed t be abolished and the class relations be proletarian vs bourgeoisie

2019-06-13 01:15:41 UTC

You niggas still circle jerking?

2019-06-13 01:16:11 UTC

However, these capitalists found slaves for sale in Africa, since they were still in the early stage of slave societies

2019-06-13 01:16:19 UTC

And they bought these slaves for profit there

2019-06-13 01:16:44 UTC

It is simply undialectical

2019-06-13 01:18:51 UTC

<:bour:313709044957315082>

2019-06-13 01:18:58 UTC

owning slaves is le ancap

2019-06-13 01:19:37 UTC

I'll put it as how comrade stalin explains it

2019-06-13 01:19:54 UTC

"The slave system would be senseless, stupid and unnatural under modern conditions. But under the conditions of a disintegrating primitive communal system, the slave system is a quite understandable and natural phenomenon, since it represents an advance on the primitive communal system"

2019-06-13 01:20:06 UTC

- Stalin, Dialectical and Historical Materialism

2019-06-13 01:21:37 UTC

Take Ancient Greece and Rome

2019-06-13 01:21:39 UTC

And Egypt

2019-06-13 01:21:56 UTC

They were all slave societies, advances on primitivism

2019-06-13 01:22:01 UTC

Huge slaving empires

2019-06-13 01:22:15 UTC

After a lot of time passed, feudalism emerged

2019-06-13 01:22:23 UTC

Slavery was replaced by serfdom

2019-06-13 01:22:31 UTC

And after a lot of time passed, capitalism emerged

2019-06-13 01:22:39 UTC

Serfdom was replaced by wage slavery

2019-06-13 01:22:57 UTC

And after a lot of time, socialism emerged

2019-06-13 01:23:15 UTC

Wage slavery was abolished, and workers owned the value of their labour

socialism > gommunism

2019-06-13 02:58:11 UTC

@Borzo that doesn't work. If I buy a bunch of heavy equipment then people I hire can't just get all the profit from the equipment I bought... They get a fair wage

2019-06-13 02:59:27 UTC

Now if they themselves owned the equipment they have that right to more of the profit
