You need some kind of unity be it based on race, culture or religion without this unity society as a whole tends to fail i prefer that it be united by culture and religion as opposed to race but that does mean i want open borders infact i want to close all borders even to those with genetic similarities to me because of their cultural differences.

I also believe different nation states need different things to unite themselves so lets say poles could be united by race but the iranians united by religion and so on and so forth depending on a variety of factors including how homogenous ethnicly or culturally the society is

Some societies are doomed to fail if they do not have radical change like yugoslavia was, i suppose as a vocal opponent of democracy and the so called ideas of freedom not many will come to me seeking wisdom, especially in the terms of how to make a functioning rational moral society. I think that traditions should be kept alive to the extent they help the nation improve itself and its ideas if you were to have a form of socialism lets say syndicalism i believe it would have to co inside with a state to protect the national interests of the culture and people who follow that culture.
