most 'laws' are not constitutional laws ....they're admiralty or external to usa laws or court laws..which the sc has no domain in unless it crosses the lines of the constitution

The difference between Rush and RGB, is she voted in laws that directly ended up in the murder of almost what, 100 million babies through abortion now? More? (I don't know the exact number.) Not to mention the less serious parts of her contributing to sexism towards men through her "women's rights" laws. She was a disgusting murderous bitch. The worst Rush Limbaugh did or more specifically from the perspective of a leftist was indirectly influence someone to be a crazy cultist/white supremacist. I don't defend the the idea that he did that because he didn't, but even the worst the left said he did, was barely even close to the BS she contributed to provably. She deserved it. She represented the worst a human being could get. She was human trash based off of what she did in her lifetime. The worst he supposedly did was make some people crazy (which he didn't obviously)

It's okay to wish for evil to end and be glad when good wins,

2021-02-18 00:53:54 UTC

The day she died, many babies may be saved in the future because of it. And for that, I thank God.

2021-02-18 00:55:07 UTC

Just like the death of Hitler, Mao, Lenin, Stalin.

2021-02-18 00:55:27 UTC

You celebrate evil losing. And they are all the same. Just doing it for different reasons

2021-02-18 00:56:21 UTC

That's why I can understand them celebrating it, cause they're just so dumb that they think that he was evil without proof

2021-02-18 00:59:46 UTC

actually i blame the poor legal systems of each state involved ...the constitutional uphelding of the abortion court case was valid, but those states that allowed pp to be setup in them were infact unconstitutional in their practices ...only 1 state had constitutional legality in this abortion case and any future 'legal' abortions since then

2021-02-18 01:01:20 UTC

pp never operated according to the constitutional laws of each state, just assumed it had the rights to do so...also never followed the abortion case to the letter of the case ruling ...which was for rape cases only

2021-02-18 01:03:12 UTC

Yes, but still how and who voted those into law....

2021-02-18 01:03:17 UTC

pp was performing abortions either on demand or suggesting to women they should get it instead of providing other options

2021-02-18 01:03:17 UTC

That's my argument at least

2021-02-18 01:04:10 UTC

well everybody assumed it was a law

2021-02-18 01:04:45 UTC

its like everybody stopped understanding civics and the differences between constitutional law and court rulings

2021-02-18 01:04:58 UTC

court rulings aren't laws

2021-02-18 01:05:46 UTC

they can be amended to existing laws but that has to be done constitutionally ...at the very least, court rulings are statutes

2021-02-18 01:06:21 UTC

court rulings then*

2021-02-18 01:06:23 UTC

lol

2021-02-18 01:06:53 UTC

and if sc uphelds the court's ruling then it means it was constitutionally valid in it's undertaking but it does not mean it's a constitutional law

It all comes down to education. If the common American citizen was simply more informed of the events happening around them, then they could make more educated decisions when voting or on other matters.

2021-02-18 01:15:54 UTC

the really weird thing is i got most of this civics learning education from a dem run city public school system...prior to the creation of the dept of education

2021-02-18 01:16:07 UTC

i had a few good teachers

2021-02-18 12:46:18 UTC

Moved from No Mic Gen1

2021-02-18 12:57:38 UTC

Good, and while they're at it, run that motherfucker out of state

2021-02-18 13:00:24 UTC

not so much the mayor's fault, it's more the city planning office for util req's

2021-02-18 14:43:21 UTC

Crazy

2021-02-18 15:18:46 UTC

only now...

2021-02-18 15:51:01 UTC

the fact that cnn is stepping into people's relationship and protecting andrew is also kinda unnerving to me
