I came up with the story and just named the folder accordingly and never got back to it.

I realized the problem was jumping on an idea too fast. That first idea is just a seed. You gotta take ur time with it: plant it, nurture it, give it time to grow. Then you can proceed to put pen to paper, and the pen is much less likely to take u places u dont really want to go and cause u to lose interest

Fanfic is usually lazy, poorly written by amateurs with no real original ideas of their own, and thus theres no art to the writing—no themes or literary devices. It's pure drama and "entertainment"

fanfic is only bad cause we got a bunch of stupid kids thinking they can write without prior experience or knowledge, *totally not referring to me if that's what yer thinking*
