I remember in the time of first couple generations of iphone if you had iMessage enabled, then switched back to an android phone down the road, you wouldnt get messages from other iphone users until you disabled iMessage from an iphone

which was a big problem for people who traded in their iphones for upgrade deals

I think it's easier now where you can *probably* disable it online but I believe if you swap over and didnt know to do that you still wont receive text messages from iphone users

Not sure if all laser printers are like this but mine for some reason draws over 10 amps when a print starts. I tripped the breaker multiple times till I figured out what outlets were on which circuit.

I've got a thicc ultrawide display to go with my 3080. but it has 2 stuck pixels, one right in the center.

They all are, they have a Fuser drum which needs to get really hot really fast

mine draws 1500-1600W when starting up... i have to have it on its own circuit

Even using the green mode that slows down the printer, didn't fix the startup draw.

In my new apartment I have my laser printer hooked up to the same circuit as my toaster oven in the kitchen with a long extinction cord. Those two devices are the only thing on the kitchen circuit so I know as long as I only use one at a time I'll be good.

even my main circuit in my room gets fairly loaded, since i got 5 monitors, 400-450W pc, AV Receiver thats practically a space heater, and a few of ineffecient laptops on it running as servers

along with a dozen miscellanious power bricks

but i dont mind the power draw because it gets cold here and theres no gas hookup, so its all electric heat anyways
