I really liked the AIDA story though
I started watching AoS in 2013 and watched season 7 when it came out
I really liked Season 7
ok but
last night's WandaVision wasn't as good ngl
It's my favorite episode to date
||It felt a little forced and some of the acting was meh, especially with Agatha. I couldn't believe her during the opening scene and instead saw the actress. I couldn't believe the bluntness of the family watching sitcoms either. I liked where it went in the end of the episode minus Agatha's questionable eyebrow makeup. It was fine, but I just really miss the weekly decade jump now.||
||also, where the heck have these Salem witches been and why have there been no hints that Wanda is a witch? At least having mutant powers makes sense, but we're expected to believe that Wanda is simply the best without any practice or prior knowledge that she's a magic user. They kind of explained with the stone stuff but like?? The magic stuff came out of nowhere in my opinion and although I understand that they need to make things make sense, it also seems odd that they'd opt to not make her a mutant now that Disney owns the X-Men.||
I'm no genius and I couldn't have written the show though so lol
The magic makes a lot of sense. Agatha wants to know how Wanda got her power. But Wanda doesn't know. So the whole episode is Agatha trying to figure it out. And Wanda is only the best because the Mind Stone amplified her powers.
||That makes sense but still...it's a really short amount of time to introduce literal incantation magic into the MCU||
It's been there ever since Doctor Strange. It's not anything new to the MCU
Granted, Black Panther and Doctor Strange happened
||It's much more Harry Potter-esque though||
||Both me and my little brother looked at each other and said "Hocus Pocus"||
||I think I'd like it more if it connected to Doctor Strange magic more||
Agatha's power are like Mephisto's
Well, the storyline they're borrowing heavily from had Agatha Harkness as a minion of Mephisto.
I am guessing he is the source of her power. Since in the first episode when someone said, "The devil is in the details."; and she said to Wanda, "That is not the only thing he is in.";.
ok but "Superman and Louis" is fantastic so far
Seeing Superman use his ice breath is always entertaining for me
His ice breath is his most underrated power in my opinion
I'm only a half hour in and I really like it
I will say I did love Man of Steel though
Superman and Lois is better than I expected it to be. I'm looking forward to the next episode
the new Justice League trailer looks ok ngl
I hated Tyler Hoechlin as Superman before this, but now he's growing on me
They better keep Henry Cavill in this new reboot. He was done so dirty by Snyder. He deserves redemption.
Joss Whedon's Justice League obviously sucks, but IDC, he handled Superman way better than Snyder
That is Superman
That is not Superman
idk
the Justice League movie had very little soul
I liked Man of Steel in that it was a movie about a god trying to be a human
Zod carried Man of Steel for me
And Hans Zimmer's flight is sex
But that's about it.
Imo at least
I'm not sure what to think about Snyder's black and white thing
but at the same time...I like to be shallowly artsy myself so
