Also FBI has done studies on Psycopaths for crime analysis, perhaps you picked the wrong justice agency as the CIA is inferior.

I dont have them and do not feel like looking them up. But I know there are many studies done on serial killers, sociopaths, psychopaths.

But there is no way to prove they are that way at birth because you cant know they are a psycopath until later in life when they show the classic signs

again a paradoxical nature of it all.

Just like there has been nobody who knows a way to prove a way that they are sentient and self aware.

Honestly I dont even beleive most humans are smart enough to demonstrate "Higher" intelligence.

I have seen chimps and monkeys with more humanity than most of Californians. And Chimps and apes are some of the most evil creatures in nature.
