Well @Toilet Hugger last night at the restaurant we had for employee meal some miss cut ribeye steak charbroiled with sautéed mushrooms and onions and a wonderful demi-glaze sauce. I’m sorry I didn’t take a picture of that platter but oh my goodness. It was so good I have no problems not eating meat today As it is Ash Wednesday

Oh yeah... Forgot about that. My grandma better not learn about me eating meat on ash Wednesday and on Friday instead of fish maybe as well... Or maybe I'll eat vegetarian on Friday. Or else grandma will tell me again that I will end up in purgatory
